During this session, the trainer will gather more information about your fitness goals, experience, medical history, exercise preferences and lifestyle factors. Additionally, there may be an assessment conducted to test flexibility, strength, and mobility capabilities. This consultation is an opportunity for both Alan and you to discuss any concerns or questions and get to know each other
